How to obtain a driving licence

To legally obtain a driving licence in the Somali Region:

1. Pass a certified physical eye examination.
2. Present a driver training certificate from an accredited driving school.
3. Pass the official theoretical and practical driving examinations administered by the bureau.
4. The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
