All registered business entities must file and pay their annual income tax within these periods:
1. Category A Taxpayers: Must file by September 30 (Hamle 30) of each fiscal year.
2. Category B Taxpayers: Must file by August 31 (Nehase 30) of each fiscal year.
3. Late filings are subject to penalties up to 20% of the total tax liability.
